The Dunchurch Village F\u00eate has been at the heart of our community for over 30 years, bringing together residents, local organisations, businesses and visitors for one of the village’s biggest annual events. Every year, the f\u00eate continues to grow, offering a fantastic day of live entertainment, family activities, delicious food, local stalls and fundraising for worthwhile causes.<\/p>

Over the past 12 years alone, the Dunchurch Festival Group has donated more than \u00a390,000 to local charities, organisations and community projects, with every surplus helping to make a positive difference within our village.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Fete and many other events during the year are organised by the Dunchurch Festival Group (DFG) and surpluses are donated to good causes in the village.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Booking a Stall Or Pitch:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1) Commercial Operators<\/span> (e.g. children’s rides, attractions, food and beverage outlets<\/em>).
Fee: By negotiation, and often includes a percentage of profits.<\/p>

2)\u00a0Companies & Trade Stalls<\/span>\u00a0(i.e. pitches of <\/em>around 6 to 10 feet, typically selling sweets, a variety of gifts, handicrafts etc.<\/em>)
Fee: \u00a335 paid in advance, not normally refundable; \u00a340 if paid on the day.<\/p>

3)\u00a0Dunchurch residents and Charities \/ Not-for-profit stalls.<\/span> (Pitches of around 6 to 10 feet.)<\/em>
Fee : \u00a315 if paid in advance, not normally refundable; \u00a318 if paid on the day.<\/p>

4)\u00a0Local and Charities \/ Not-for-profit stalls.\u00a0Non-commercial \/ Raising awareness.<\/span>
Fee: These will normally be free.<\/p>

5)\u00a0Village Stalls.\u00a0Operated by the Festival group and whose profits are remitted to the DFG.<\/span>
Fee: Not applicable.<\/p>

Tables:<\/span>\u00a0We have a small number of tables available for hire by non-DFG organisations at a cost of \u00a32.50 on a first come, first serve basis. Chairs for hire at 50p each.<\/p>

Payment can be by BACS, cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to the Dunchurch Festival Group and postal details will be arranged by email.\u00a0<\/p>
